The 🌅 First Breath Framework (FBF) was created in collaboration with communities around the world. It is a multidimensional map for building new global systems—and an orientation for collective survival 🧭.
🌅 FBF brings together the Seven Portals of Liberation and the Seven Foundations of Liberation. Together, they form a living lattice—the 14 Fields of Liberation—a guide for creating systems rooted in care, equity, abundance, and belonging.

El 🌅 Marco del Primer Aliento (MPA) fue creado en colaboración con comunidades de todo el mundo. Es un mapa multidimensional para construir nuevos sistemas globales, y una orientación para la supervivencia colectiva 🧭.
