1️⃣ What It Is

🌅 A multidimensional framework for navigating global transition and creating new systems rooted in care, equity, abundance, and belonging.
🌀 Developed with communities worldwide, FBF combines orientation, practice, and embodied learning to help people and organizations strengthen relational connection in times of change.
🧭 A living map for individuals, teams, and organizations — integrating teachings, inquiry, and multimedia resources.

We are not building:

  • rigid hierarchies

  • authority rooted in control

  • systems that disconnect people from their bodies or autonomy

We are building:

  • an orientation that allows for movement and choice

  • shared agreements held in relationship

  • practices that deepen connection rather than enforce compliance

This work is not about forcing change or self-improvement.
It’s about creating the conditions where change can be allowed, supported, and integrated — in the body, in relationship, and in community 💛.

This work is not about fixing the current system.
It’s about creating new ways of being together—while taking responsibility for the harm we’ve caused—and allowing old systems and harmful energies to transform and be composted 🌱.

Resistance alone cannot build a new future 🔥
We also need to create, relate, and reorganize how we live together 💚

🧭 This is an invitation to come back into the body, to each other, and to shared orientation—so that new ways of living together can emerge without repeating harm.

2️⃣ Why Now

  • Many systems are shifting and destabilizing

  • Global leadership often lacks accountability

  • People and communities can feel isolated or disconnected

  • Harmful energies around the globe are escalating, which will increasingly put human life at risk

  • We don’t yet have global frameworks to orient away from harm, and toward shared values

FBF helps us:
💫 Orient toward accountability during uncertainty
💫 Build trust, capacity, and courage
💫 Stay human, loving, and embodied

3️⃣ Ways to Engage

  • Choose your entry point: personal, organizational, or small group

  • Receive a multidimensional framework for new systems creation

  • Access multiple learning pathways: shame & authenticity, scarcity & belonging, shadow work, reconnecting with our ancestors, and more

  • Multimedia resources: songs, voice recordings, and videos

  • Embodiment practice series: Guidelines included so anyone anywhere can create a practice space locally or virtually 🌏

Join a humble, diverse, global community ready to END HARM ON PLANET EARTH! 🌎💚
