(a wee myth)

The waters of mystery have existed for a very long time 🐟🌊.
Long before nations, borders, ships, and engines, there were the waters—surrounding land, shaping islands, and moving through all forms of life.

Fish swam 🐠.
Currents danced 💫.
Tides sang their ancient songs 🎶.

Humans were once deeply connected to these waters.
Across cultures, people listened to them, honored them, entered them, and returned. Some waded in slowly. Some dove in laughing. Some floated quietly and stared at the sky ☁️.

The waters were known by many names: Dreamtime, Great Mystery, the collective unconscious, quantum reality. Some called them God. Some did not name them at all.

The waters were never meant to be fully seen.
They are infinite, alive, and full of mystery ✨.

About five thousand years ago, something began to change.

In the midst of war, enslavement, and domination, many humans grew afraid of the waters—afraid of uncertainty, afraid of death, afraid of not being in control.

So a ship was built 🚢.

Not a small boat that moved with the waves—but a massive structure designed to float above the waters.
It had thick walls and loud engines.
It was powered by war and fear ⚔️.

The ship grew immense. Whole societies lived inside it. Many were born there and never knew the feel of water on their skin.

Trash was thrown overboard 🗑️.
Waste poured into the depths.
The waters were treated as something separate—something to use, something to forget.

Inside the ship, a new system emerged.

Drip lines descended from the ceiling—delivering a powerful, electrifying substance that promised safety, superiority, and control ⚡.

This drug was called supremacy.

Almost everyone on the ship was hooked up to it.
Some received massive doses.
Others smaller, quieter ones.

Supremacy numbed grief.
It replaced connection with domination.
It made people forget the waters—and even forget that they had forgotten.

These forces did not come from the waters.
They fed on disconnection and fear 👁️‍🗨️.
And still, the waters carried the consequences.

But not everyone forgot.

Some people remembered.

Some slipped off the ship and dove back into the waters—sometimes alone, sometimes without ceremony or support 🏊‍♀️.
Some returned with songs 🎶, stories 📖, and medicine 🌿.
Some did not return at all.

Fourteen years ago, one such deep dive began.

Seven years into that journey, a glimpse appeared.

The shores of love 🌈🏝️.

People were singing and dancing 💃🕺.
Sacred fires burned across the land 🔥.
Children laughed. Elders rested.
And there was no war on Earth 🌍.

The glimpse passed—but the knowing remained.

From that remembering, a map began to form 🧭.

The 🌅 First Breath Framework emerged as a living, multidimensional guide—created through collaboration, deep listening, somatic practice, and shared care.

First Breath is not the destination.
It is the oars 🛶.
The lifeboats ⛑️.
The compass 🧭.
The wayfinding tools.

It exists because the shores are real—
and because no one is meant to swim there alone 🤝.

And as more of us turn toward the shores of love,
they draw closer 💛.

Hace unos cinco mil años, algo empezó a cambiar.

Algunas no regresaron.
