Hi 👋 my name is Heidi J 🌈
I am a Missoula-based educator, guide, artist,
and new systems creator.
I have spent decades developing 🌅 First Breath Framework (FBF) in collaboration with diverse peoples & communities around the world 🌍
🌅 FBF is a guide for co-creating new global systems rooted in care, equity, abundance, and belonging.
🌒 New Cycle lives within the 🌳 First Breath Ecosystem (FBE)—
a local & global network of people exploring new ways of
learning, working, and being together.
Not everyone will enter the deeper part of this work at this time, and that’s OK. This work continues for generations into the future 🌀

🚨 PHASE 1 — EMERGENCY STABILIZATION
🚨 Phase One was a season of housing disruption, emergency stabilization,
slow healing, and 🌳 FBE creation.
🪐 Celestial tracking:
Phase One began around April 17th 2026 New Moon following April 1st Full Moon.
🌳 FBE tracking:
⭕️ Opening the Circle for the 🌈 Seven Realms of Reconnection
🌿 Reconnecting to Land, Cosmos & Ancestors
🌳 Creating the foundations & guidelines for the FBE
💰 Economy tracking:
Approximately $5,000 in community support helped make Phase One possible.

🏡 PHASE 2 — FOUNDING + BUILDING 🌳 FBE
🏡 Phase Two begins from the ground we’ve worked hard to tend — and asks us what becomes possible from here. We are also building our new home!
